Our Flexotherm™ heated sample line for a CNG (Compressed Natural Gas) wellhead prevents condensation and provides an accurate, representative sample for analysis. By keeping the temperature of the gas above its dew point, the line ensures that heavier hydrocarbon components, water vapor, and other compounds remain in a gaseous state and do not drop out of the sample before reaching the analyzer.

Our Heated Sample Line is designed to be recoreable in the field for ease of replacement of the sample core. With out zero-cold-spot design, it creates a dry, uncontaminated sample path allowing for quicker transport (response times) of the sample and more stable analyzer readings, leading to faster and more accurate response to changes in the gas composition.
