Biography: Mr. Seacord was born and raised in the Detroit, Michigan area. Following his graduation from Franklin High School in Livonia, Michigan, he began his military career with a six-year commitment to the United States Navy. During his service aboard the USS Ranger (CV-61), he worked closely with a Marine Corps detachment in the weapons and ship security division, and participated in specialized operational training. He was honorably discharged in June 1988. While on active duty, Mr. Seacord also completed college-level business coursework through correspondence study.

After returning home, Mr. Seacord chose to pursue a facility engineering training opportunity with the Chrysler Corporation rather than continue formal business studies. Although the program ended prematurely due to a significant downturn in the automotive industry, it led him to transition into industrial sales—an area where he quickly excelled. Over the next several years, he held sales positions with several well-established companies, consistently growing new business and building strong customer relationships.

Recognizing unmet needs in the marketplace and opportunities where companies were under-servicing their customers, Mr. Seacord founded Neptech in 2006. He remains committed to delivering high-quality, innovative solutions that support environmental stewardship and contribute to the international Clean Air Initiative.
